王郡，女，1990年10月出生，党员，讲师。2019年毕业于合肥工业大学，获博士学位。担任Foodand Chemical Toxicology，Frontiersin Nutrition，Alllife，NaturalProduct Research，Journalof Food Biochemistry等多家国外SCI期刊审稿人。

研究方向：

生物信息学分析，药食同源化合物功能研究，功能性食品开发

讲授课程：

食品毒理学、食品安全学、食品文化、食品原料安全控制、食品添加剂
